Kayak and Paddle Board Rental
Open for business on 27 May, 2023 Nantasket kayak rental, celebrates their 20 year anniversary. This shop is located near Nantasket Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches on the South Shore. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent here. Don’t forget to check the tide before you go out!

Kayak and Canoe Rental
Bulman Marine is a well recognized name on the South Shore for kayak and canoe rentals. Located at Kings Landing which is on route 123 in Norwell and the North River makes this a very convenient rental facility.
Spend a day paddling on the North River on one of the canoes or kayaks. All Rentals are done on a first come, first serve basis on the honor system. I love this! Plus the boat ramp is right there to launch! No schlepping the boat in and out of your vehicle to transport to water.

Beach Bikes and Surf School
Nantasket Beach Bikes has a really nice assortment of beach bike rentals to choose from. They even rent bike trailers that attach to the bike for little ones to travel in.
Hull is also the home for Northeast Surf School. In addition to beach bikes you can also rent surf boards. They are Accredited by the “NSSIA” The National Surf Schools and Instructors Association and fully insured. Their Northeast Surfing Staff are certified surf instructors. They are located right across the street from the beach at 99 Hull Shore Drive on Nantasket Beach and surf all year long.

Bicycle Rentals
South Shore Cycles is located in Hull and has a large selection of road, mountain and hybrid bikes for rent with daily rates from $30 – $50.

Bobby Fenton a well known resident in Scituate MA owns and operates East Coast Hui in Hull. Bobby is a veteran surfer of 43 years and a former competitive surfer. The kids love him! Surf and paddles boards are available for rent along with surf lessons and surf camps for kids.

Don’t forget about water safety! Always wear your life vest. The harbormasters in our coastal communities are urging all water sport vehicles to have contact information written on them with indelible ink. The harbormaster offices actually have stick-on decals to adhere to boats, kayaks, and boards. They also recommend writing your contact info with a permanent marker and then covering this with the decal. The buddy system is a good plan when out enjoying the water.
