New England  Clam Chowdah Recipe

bacon

yellow onion

butter

flour

potatoes

Ingredients

minced clams

half-and-half

lobster

salt + pepper

Cook the bacon Add butter Sauté the onions Add flour to thicken Add water  Add clam juice Add potatoes and simmer Add more butter Lower the heat Add minced clams  + lobster bits Add cream Heat but do not boil!
