Here are a few of our favorite resources for traveling to the South Shore and beyond!

Getting there

Expedia.com!

Expedia is the online king of travel! You can book flights, hotels, cars and now short term rentals all in one place. Their prices stay highly competitive by packaging all of your travel needs into one.

Staying there

There are hundreds of short term rental listings on VRBO, ranging from small cottages to luxury seaside properties. If you are traveling with a pet, you can easily filter pet-friendly properties. It’s also a great alternative to hotel rooms for large groups: by sharing rent and expenses, you can save a bundle over renting individual rooms.

What to bring

Always check with your host to find out what your vacation rental includes and what it doesn’t include. Some rentals are fully stocked while others expect you to bring your own sheets, etc. Most rentals will include a coffee maker but may not provide coffee, or include towels but not beach towels. Think about what activities you will be doing and plan accordingly.

If you are traveling with a pet, please be considerate of the owner and save yourself damage fees. You should bring your dog’s food and water bowls, litter box if traveling with a cat, harnesses and leashes, their own familiar bed and a crate.

Chewy.com

Chewy has everything you need for traveling with your pet as well as everyday food, accessories and medicine.

Shop pet brands, supplies and accessories

This is truly a one stop shop for all things pet related, including some nice cold weather outfits.
