Cohasset | The Ultimate New England Town

Cohasset Town Common
Cohasset Common is nestled in the quant old New England Village of Cohasset, and is home to the First Parish Church and the duck pond. Thursday afternoons in the summer, you will find a vibrant Farmers Market with many local farmers and crafts people.
On the southern end of Common you will step into a sweet little historic shopping village with a few of the locals favorite restaurants and unique shops. You will find a larger parking behind the shopping district in addition to some on street parking.

Atlantic Ave | Jerusalem Road
I always enjoy riding down the winding Atlantic Ave to Jerusalem Rd with the rocky shore of Atlantic Ocean on my right hand side. The homes and views are stunning, with some very old estates, and some modern architecture as well.

Holly Hill Farm
Holly Hill Farm is the last working farm in Cohasset, This is a non profit organic farm that has a mission to educate.
I live close by and have been involved in this farm during various events, lining up with the other garden lovers on day 1 of the summer garden organic plants sale. Stop by and enjoy the offerings sold by local bakers and and growers’ freshly picked crops. Wander the premises and watch the children petting the ponies and learn a wide array of hands on farming experiences.
The farm stand is open year round. Walking tours are available monthly.

South Shore Music Circus
This is a tent theater in the round that hosts a variety of concerts and events throughout the year. The Music Circus has had a varied line up of artists over the years, including Judy Collins, Little River Band Band, Abba, and 3 Dog Night to name a few.

Whitney & Thayer Woods
Whitney & Thayer Woods is a beautiful nature reserve that features spectacular hiking trails for you and your dogs.
In the very early 1900s Henry M. Whitney began buying and accumulating acres of abandoned farmland to create a private estate. Both the Whitney Wood and Thayer Estates have donated 600 acres to The Trustees in 1933.
